Descriptions
Adhesive granule is functionalized polymer, which can bond plastic and metal. Those polymer materials can be tightly bonded to other materials while maintaining some excellent polymer materials by adding some special polar function groups that make it strong adhesion and still maintain good characteristics.
VF980S adhesive resins for aluminum composite panels (ACP) film,which is also used for other metal aluminum and plastic composite products. It is based on the comprehensive research of domestic and overseas aluminum adhesive, combined with the independent intellectual property rights. VF980S has high bonding strength and good bonding effect, can be successfully applied to various aluminum plastic panels.

VF980S adhesive resin is widely used for adhesive films for various aluminium composite panel.

Zone 1 Temperature 135~145 ℃
Zone 2 Temperature 145~155 ℃
Zone 3 Temperature 155~165 ℃
Zone 4 Temperature 155~165 ℃
Die Temperature 165~175 ℃
Melt Temperature ＜230℃
Packages and Storage
- Packed in 25kgs Paper-plastic bags
- Keep in dry,cool and ventilated environment;Avoid direct exposure to water and sunlight.Avoid bulk package and securely wrap the unused part.
